Factory Direct- You get all the products directly from factory. Our warehouse has almost all products available "in stock''. There is no third party involved to ensure best quality in competitive rates.

Delivery time and Packaging- We deliver for free anywhere within Australia. If you place order with ComEx, we will dispatch the same day. We understand the importance of time so we take minimum lead time. Ideally  it would take 1-6 working days for delivery. Graphics will take another 5 working days.  Customised products will take 10-15 days for delivery. For delivery, our products are shipped through TNT. To avoid loss and damages we pay extra attention to details like packaging. There are two and sometimes three packaging layers depending upon the fragility of products. We try our best to deliver in best shape.

In House Printing- ComEx doesn't outsource printing facilities, as our in-house printing department is working 12 hrs to meet the demands of our clients. 

Warranty and Return Policy- Comex Dislay has 12 months warranty for every product. When you recieve  shipment , please check for faulty products. If any thing is broken or faulty let us know immediately. There are some things unforeseen, if damages happen we will claim the shipping company and refund your money. Please keep the packaging and products and if possible send us a picture to admin@comexdisplay.com.au within 5 days, otherwise we might not be able to claim for your faulty products. It will be entirely your responsibility then. Another thing to mention are banners which are non refundable. As banners are custom printed, so there is no refund or returns on banner prints. ComEx will not be held responsible for designing faults such as typos , text, images and incorrect files. In that case customer will have to pay again for replacement. We will however work with you to minimize expenses for replacement. Customised products are also not refundable. If the fault is from our side we will compensate by replacing or refunding.

Security and Privacy-  We strictly keep our client's name and information. No info is given out to third party whatsoever. We value trust and reliability.

Copy Right- All content, pictures, text, arrangement are protected by copy rights. The images and content can not be copied, distributed, disseminated or altered for commercial or private purpose.
